For want of a better word these are the behaviours that we currently adopt in our company. We firmly believe that these will help us to achieve the mission that we have set out for ourselves.
- We avoid vanity and don't allow the ego to fool us – customer is king!
- We talk in a straightforward no nonsense fashion – you will either love us or hate us for it.
- We treat all clients with equal respect. Whether you are a one–man band or a multi–national company we value your contribution.
- We tend to avoid formality if possible. Our creative ideas and good client relations need to develop in an atmosphere that is relaxed, good humoured and fun.
- We don't believe in voicemail. When you phone us you will always speak to a person who will take a message if the individual you are looking for is unavailable (mobile phones and out of office hours are the exception of course).
- We have a student mentality. There is always a lesson to be learned, and an improvement that can be made.
- Our suppliers make us look good and we respect them for it. We make a point of always paying them on time.
- We believe in the power of positivity. Therefore, we think, act and behave in a positive fashion. No negative stuff here!
