BRIEF
We were briefed to create an iconic and memorable logo and brand that would firmly establish Fine at the higher end of the estate agency market.
SOLUTION
We employed classical typography and letter forms, fine detailing and rich and established colours moving away from typical ’estate agent’ colours and images to create something entirely unique that reflected the market positioning.
RESULTS
A differentiated brand that stood out from competitors and all other brands on the market. The result was a fast and efficient establishment of the identity within a busy marketplace.
