BRIEF
Corum Estate Agents briefed us to produce a brochure to promote the services offered by them as a premium estate agent offering the advantage of an independent partnership committed to low volume sales.
SOLUTION
We produced a differentiated square brochure using a monochromatic pallet of classic and modern colours. Using short blocks of text and large areas of clean white space offered a difference to the average property brochure.
RESULTS
The result was a stunning piece of marketing material which portrayed the quality of service and the quality of property that Corum provide. The brochure was eye-catching and easy to navigate, thus improving the complete experience for the reader.
