The new property magazine, Places, from haart Estate Agents is to be launched in SW London.

The Marketing Café were tasked with creating a property and lifestyle magazine for the haart brand that delivered home orientated content in an entertaining and engaging way. The aim of the magazine is to showcase a range of the properties haart have available in South West London as well as inform the reader on key services, special offers and home moving advice.

This is also complemented with lifestyle based editorial that focuses on subjects of interest for homeowners and potential buyers. Content includes:

- Garden goodies
- Interior insights
- Bespoke furniture
- Mortgage advice
- How to value a home

The magazine will be launched in June 2011 and is to be followed by ongoing quarterly issues. In addition, haart will later this year develop a Places magazine for each of the key areas it covers.
