A Fine new website

The new Fine property website, designed and built by TMC, is now launched.
The brief asked that we challenge the status quo and develop a website that users would find different to the norm and powerfully engaging. The user experience had to leave people in no doubt that Fine is an outstanding brand operating at the very top of the property market.
One way this has been achieved is through the search facility that gives users the option of viewing their results in property flow as well as gallery and map view. Property flow is a dynamic presentation of the search results that allows users to intuitively scroll through top-level results.
The Fine brand and marketing puts the customer at the centre of everything they do. The new website is no exception to this, and has been developed taking note of the latest industry research - better quality pictures, ease of functionality, clear navigation and intuitive search facilities.
Other key features of the site include PDF brochures for each property, which instantly open on screen in a fabulous page turning format. ‘My Fine’, which is due to launch as part of the second phase gives users the ability to register with the site in order to save searches, receive property alerts, add properties to favourites and record notes against each property.
