BRIEF
To create a sales tool for the corporate sales division of Spicerhaart, Europe’s largest independent estate agency group. Targeting large lending institutions throughout the UK the brochure needed to communicate the benefits of the extensive services on offer in a professional and distinctive way.
SOLUTION
Taking the primary colours from the brands own identity and contrasting them with black, a powerful yet sober look was developed. With persuasive and succinct copy the brochure informs on every aspect of Spicerhaart’s services bringing together a number of different brands from the groups portfolio.
RESULTS
The completed brochure has been used successfully to obtain appointments across the group. It has given the corporate sales team a strong marketing tool that stands high above its rivals in the market - a true representation of the outstanding service provided.
