BRIEF
Haybrook, part of Europe’s largest independent estate agency group, asked TMC to design a new website for their South Yorkshire business. The site needed to provide home buyers with a robust online search facility and also appeal to sellers through free home valuations, which is a unique service in this particular region. As always with such established brands the design had to closely follow the existing corporate guidelines.
SOLUTION
TMC developed the site to ensure a clear choice for the web surfer from the outset - do you want to buying, sell or rent? The search facility is placed conveniently on the home page for quick access and the overall content and imagery reflects the local nature of the business. A series of marketing web pods are positioned around the site to draw people’s attention to the various promotions, offers and services.
RESULTS
The site was launched in September 2009 and early feedback has been very positive. There has been an increase in the number of online visitors with valuation enquiries generated via the web increasing significantly.
