BRIEF

When haart developed a new estate agency product that allowed home sellers to switch agents without charge they needed a communications package to help promote it. The brief to TMC was to develop strong creatives for advertising, window posters, newspaper fillers and web marketing pods. The communications also had to be utilised by other brands in the group, Darlows, Haybrook and Spicer McColl.

SOLUTION

The campaign utilised strong visual imagery, not typical for the sector, that grabbed people’s attention and got the message across. The theme of escape, easy relationship break ups and dump your agent were used to great effect. 

RESULTS

The ‘Switch’ product was launched in January 2010 and has been very well received.
