As a new entrant to the premium end of estate agency, Fine required a unique creative solution for regular advertising in the The Telegraph and Sunday Times. The property adverts were to stand out in a format that was different to the conventional ‘box layout’.

SOLUTION

Employing professional lifestyle journalism and lifestyle photography, we are able to give each property a unique advert, detailing not only the factual, but also the finer details of the property from the eyes of the current owner, in a story-telling manner. Teaming this style with a unique layout crafted specifically for each new property along with a bold colour scheme, creates the desired effect of differentiation. Corporate adverts to attract new vendors and for sponsorhsip purposes were also developed.

RESULTS

The lifestyle approach adds a unique dimension to the advert whilst the contemporary layout and bold colour scheme appears far more professional and upmarket than accompanying property pages. The adverts have allowed Fine to firmly establish themselves as the premium property estate agent of today.
