As one of London’s premier estate agencies, Felicity J Lord, is a geographically focused business that required a website to match its dynamic market. The new site needed to closely follow the already established brand guidelines whilst attracting prospective property buyers and sellers. All aspects of the business had to be communicated allowing visitors to easily get in touch for property valuations and enquiries.
SOLUTION
TMC developed a site that was appealing and easy for site visitors to follow, particularly in the property search areas. With strong marketing pods throughout the surfer is constantly encouraged to contact FJL for property valuations and to make use of the home finder service.
RESULTS
Since the launch of the new website the results have been tremendous with a substantial increase in property valuations. This has prompted further development of other websites throughout the group including Haybrook in South Yorkshire and Darlows in Wales.
