BRIEF

As one of London’s leading estate agency brands FJL asked TMC to create a brochure that could be used for handouts and direct marketing purposes. It had to appeal to home sellers as well as landlords looking to rent their property portfolio. 

SOLUTION

TMC created a 16 page brochure that covered estate agency sales on one side then flipped to cover lettings on the other. This saved FJL from having to produce two brochures as was originally intended, and got two strong messages across in one document. A bespoke brochure was created for each office in the group as well as a generic version to cover all offices. 

RESULTS

The initial design concepts were quickly accepted as being just what the client was looking for. The finished product was launched in January 2010 and has proved to be a much needed and very useful selling tool for the branches of Felicity J Lord.
