TMC wins a Fine job

Since establishing the corporate identity for Fine in April of 2009, the Marketing Café have been assisting the upmarket estate agent with newspaper advertising, website updates and marketing materials.
Now, TMC have been tasked with the creation of an 88-page customer magazine that will help the South East based estate agent to ‘sell fine homes throughout the country’.
The magazine will take a lifestyle approach, with a focus on an ideal combination of beautiful homes for sale teamed with gripping articles specifically targeted to the buyers, and vendors, of Fine homes.
The Marketing Café are delighted to be involved in such an exciting project at what is an exciting time for the property market. Looking forward to establishing the Fine brand and building the brand loyalty among customers, TMC are already enjoying researching and writing articles for the first issue, which will be available during September 2009.
