Cello training DVD launched for M&S technical staff

Cello televisons have commissioned The Marketing Cafe to promote the new ‘after sales’ service offered to owners of Marks & Spencers televisions. The new after sales facility, instigated by Cello televisions, should ensure no customer ever has to return a TV to the store. If used correctly this facility will effectively reduce store returns to zero, which in turn will increase customer satisfaction, brand loyalty and company profits.

This ‘after sales’ facility is managed and operated by Contrast Technology. Based in the North East of England, Contrast is one of the UK’s leading service providers of technical support for the LCD TV industry. The ‘after sales’ facility runs through a dedicated Marks & Spencers helpline which can deal with up to 80% of issues immediately.

In the event that the issue cannot be dealt with over the phone, the customer is brought a brand new television and the new television is removed. Well above regular industry standards, the ‘swap out’ service will ensure the customer receives a speedy and hassle free replacement for their TV. Normally if a swap is needed, it can be delivered the following day, provided the call is initiated before 2pm.

TMC were delighted to promote such a fabulous new service to educate the staff of Marks & Spencer. After tailoring a script for the purpose, we took video footage within a flagship Marks & Spencer store of our professional actors as well as footage within a Contrast Technology office.

By employing the skills of experienced videographers and voiceover artists, and carefully editing the footage down, we were able to produce a quality, professional DVD for use within Marks & Spencer stores.
