The Marketing Café finds a good cause – 12th October 2007
The Marketing Café is delighted to support the newly formed charity, East Renfrewshire Good Causes. ERGC was formed by Russell Macmillan following a life saving operation in January 2007 when he received a pancreas and kidney transplant. This second chance inspired Russell to give something back. Russell explains: "We're here for people that slip through the net. Those who don't meet the criteria for the usual funding or grants." ERGC has already helped a number of worthy causes including the provision of a grant to allow a disabled boy to go on a sailing trip to Gran Canaria.
The Marketing Café have supported the project by designing leaflets and through monthly financial support, which anyone can do for as little as £5 per month. For details email ERGC or call 0141 639 8230.
